BEANS POTTAGE WITH BREAD

INGREDIENTS QUANTITIES
METHOD
Beans 3 cups
Dry fish (optional) 1 medium size
Fresh pepper (ground) 6 pieces
Onion 1 medium bulb
Palm oil 2 cooking spoons
Seasoning cube 1
Water 2 litres
Salt To taste

* Remove grits and stones from the beans.
* Wash the beans and boil till soft.
* Add palm oil, pepper, dry fish and onions.
* Cook for 5 minutes.
* Add seasoning cube and salt to taste.
* Serve with bread.
