When an order is placed, how long does it take to deliver?
An order placed is confirmed only by payment. For bulk purchases, confirmed orders can be delivered the next day. For retail purchases, orders placed before 10 am can be delivered on the same day.
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes, we do, delivery is available outside for states outside Lagos and also internationally. However, the cost of shipping differs from the rate we have on the website
Do you accept payment on delivery?
We don’t do pay on delivery, we accept 100% payment as confirmation of order placed
Can I return items if it’s unsatisfactory?
Yes, you can. Just be sure to confirm and make a return while the delivery personnel is still with you.
Do you use market measurements like Derica, paint buckets….?
Yes, we do use market measurements for some foods like egusi, ogbono, beans. Another type of measurement we use is Kilogram for items like onions, tomatoes, meat, chicken, fish….
How do you source your items?
We are particular about the quality of the foods we sell. We work with suppliers that have high-quality standards and do our due diligence to ensure our customers get good quality food items at all times.

How much is shipping cost within Lagos, outside Lagos and outside Nigeria?
Depending on location and weight, Shipping cost varies across Lagos, outside Lagos and Nigeria.
Delivery available to these areas within Lagos – Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Yaba, Surulere, Gbagada, Ilupeju, Maryland, Anthony, Magodo, Mushin, Obanikoro,Lekki, Yaba…..

- We are able to deliver to your shipping agent if you have one.
- We are able to deliver certain food items to the US, UK and Canada; the delivery cost for international orders differ from the local delivery rates. On the average, Time of delivery is usually between 10-14 working days.

There’s 7.5% VAT charge as well as a N5000 charge for a phytosanitary certificate. Rates are subject to change.
