- For beans – Garlic and ginger powder ( ratio 1:2)
- Meat / chicken seasoning – ginger powder , sea salt , fennel , cloves ,star anise , green cardamon ( the fennel, cloves, star anise and green cardamon should be in very minute quantities as it can be over powering)
- Local Nigerian soups – fish powder , black pepper, stockfish , iru , crayfish , onion powder
