|GOAT MEAT PEPPERSOUP WITH YAM|| preparation time : 45 minutes

|Goat meat||slice and wash yam (7-8 slices)- (5 minutes)
pluck scent leaves off stalk , wash and chop leaves, set aside (5 minutes)
Wash the goatmeat thoroughly.Season with chopped onion, salt, and a tablespoon of dry pepper, boil till meat is tender,make sure there’s enough stock from boiling meat. (25 – 30 minutes)
Add in 2 litres of water, add the 2-3 tablespoons of peppersoup spice, 2 teaspoons of dry pepper,the slices of yams ,salt and seasoning cube .Cook for about 10 – 15 minutes,make sure yam is soft and the stock is slightly thickened.Add in scent leaves to boiling sauce.
hold the handles and shake to Stir and check for taste, add more seasoning if required,leave to boil for 2 more minutes.
