Okro soup (Ila alasepo)

FRESH OKRA SOUP
|Okro||wash and blend rodo with little water in electric blender (5 minutes)wash and debone smoked fish (5 minutes)wash and grate or finely chop the fresh okro (10 minutes)wash chopped ugwu leaves thoroughly (to remove all sand and dirt) -(7- 10 minutes)
thoroughly wash beef,ponmo and stockfish – (10 minutes)
place in a clean pot ,add in chopped onions,salt and seasoning cubes , boil with water (half – 1 litre) till meat is tender (20- 25 minutes)
Add palm oil, blended rodo, ground crayfish and smoked fish
cover pot and Leave to boil for 10 minutes
Add the fresh okro and washed ugwu leaves
allow cook for 4-8 minutes.
OKRO SOUP IS READY!
