Spices form a huge part of the Nigerian cuisine, it gives traditional Nigerian meals a distinct and authentic flavor . These days , alot of people trying to stay away from seasoning cubes that contain MSG, turn to natural spices and find ways to incorporate them into their meals.

Not just this, most Nigerian spices have medicinal properties as well, so they are not just good for cooking , they have health benefits as well.
